Its a very rare takeover that occurs at prices where the stock has traded in the last few day's. This is however better suited to general banter not charts.
Add another zero to that and it would most likely be successful. However, since PLS launched its current takeover of LRS on 15 Aug 2024 its share price hasn't been doing that well. Perhaps PLS should concentrate on running their operation. At that stage they were $2.85 and have since fallen 21%.
While Core is down over that period, they haven't fallen as much as PLS. Starting a comparison a couple of weeks after the takeover of LRS announcement.
