yeah it’s frustrating to say the least. My recollection (to add to the noise) is that they indicated a number of ways they *could* get financing, which did include things like partnerships and monetization, but they also had in there, suprise surprise, raising money from capital markets.
for whatever reason a few people interpreted this as them “lying” about not needing to raise capital from markets and/or that that they implied that partnerships is where they will definitely be getting finance from.
I think most people’s perceptions were warped by the low share price.
