My quick desk top research of GCH track record suggest that it is a long term investor rather than share market trader. Thus I assume they see the long term value of HRZ (I would agree with them when HRZ start stable production). On the HRZ side the company is developing two mines at this stage. Although cashflow should be significant following first gold pour, I guess they would like to have some reserve in the pocket to make sure the mining operation can go smoothly to first gold sale.
I believe it must be a good thing for HRZ.
