I wouldn't be too worried - this is the nature of wildcat exploration (highly risky/volatile). The Shell news has been beaten way out of proportion (IMO); they are only 1 of the supermajors in the region (and are looking at other opportunities there, as stated). This is simply a convenient 'blip' for instos to create further, fear, uncertainty, doubt - and we've been here before. However, 'if you're going to panic, panic early' (best advice I ever read). Buy.Sell.Hold.
