Given the circus that is ensuing around just who has control of BRM, for the life of me I can't see Twiggy signing up to a deal when he doesn't know "who" in fact he is signing up with. Furthermore this distraction will ensure that WR and team are unable to seek the capital they need in order to make this project happen.
If WN tactics were to destroy momentum and set back the company months - "objective achieved".
