Correct depending on a payout rate that 0.3c post CR payment (assuming the ATO come to the party) could be distributed easily within 12 months assuming cashflows remain relatively constant. 80% payout rate (assuming no further exploration/development expenditure) they could look to distribute 0.4-0.5c in the next 12 months .......
No sure about those tax loss carry forwards i noted in the quarterly they actually paid US tax last quarter - going through the annual report they dont make it easy to actually understand what if any US tax loss carryforwards are available. Worth noting US corp tax rate is current 21%.
