Actually there has only been approx 25% of shares traded from yesterdays 64 million, with a VWAP of 9.2c so small fry" as you put it. It will probably be back around 9.3c or better at todays close and looks like 9c is showing good support
Smart ones will be holding awaiting news....wouldnt it be great if news came out TODAY!!!
Traders tend to misconstrue the big picture as its all about highs and lows rather than the PEN story (how much money can i skim off today etc... lol)
