Yes and no, yes it was before the election but no because it was during the election period that SYR obtained the court orders but no Govt agencies were willing to assist SYR in implementing those orders and address the issues.
This will also be why the mine will only open after the country has stabilised and someone is willing to assist SYR, which means it will be awhile before it does open.
And yes the price of natural graphite is the big issue but SYR does need to produce to maintain stock levels as it has indicated and if Vidalia does go into production Ballama will need to be open.
