“The securities will continue until ASX is satisfied that JRV is in compliance with the Listing Rules, including

Listing Rule 12.2, and that it is otherwise appropriate for JRV’s securities to be reinstated to quotation.”

Is this saying the ASX will keep JRV suspended, until they are in a financial position to be re-instated? Essentially, they must wait until they can trade again - and they are not just letting them walk away.
