Did you read it? - improving ag im port export, largely focused around cotton and the customs requiring it. If government funding is going to customs upgrades the argument the Sorby is required to be funded for local jobs is diminished not improved. NAIF doesn't need to spend money in the area as the customs port has just provided xxx new jobs to locals.
