A encouraging announcement. Sensible decision to divest a portion in Audio stack, rather than the expense and dilution of a CR that would have been another kick in the guts for long term holders. I recall a poster , who was not a regular, he/she popped in then popped out months back now, posting a simple message that he/she had been told that " they do not want the SP rising " when asked why? Unfortunately the cliche reply " If I told you I would have to kill you " I noted the simple exchange. I think this is more than Institutional traders snipping in front of retail to make on the pips. Maybe those outfits who have been involved in previous Cash raises? Admittedly all speculation on my part, but whoever may be playing this I believe they have achieved a goal of creating a mindset in current holders of not wanting to buy above 1.3 and they have deep enough pockets to suppress anything our current holders may be willing to throw at it due to the likelihood most of us already have our fill. Could the extra capital put us in a position to attract the top notch CEO that many have been calling for? Encouraging as the announcement was, it's not the dial mover. We need something to attract new Share holders an announcement that sparks interest in the wider market and a flow of investment that will wash these parasites off our back.
