You're not wrong prosperity. Trump's policies have killed off any chance of a interest rate cut in the US, they were at 3, now down to maybe one only. Bond rates have shot up and the market is expecting mega inflation. Trump has promised to close the border, kick multi millions of immigrants out and apply mega tariffs to imported goods from. Good time to be out of the market with cash and wait for value to return

With the 10 yr yields up around 5% people would rather just chill knowing their money is safe in bonds rather than the stock market.
