Yes, AGY has a full environmental permit for a 12 ktpa evaporation operation at Rincon. GLN is not as far progressed as AGY on that front; however, their resource is much, much better (about 26 times more contained LCE, higher grade, etc). In my view though, both companies have warts on them. I think they will both struggle to attract the necessary CAPEX to expand, and both will likely continue with multiple cap raises over the foreseeable future (i.e. the next 24 months or so).
