One important thing to keep in mind is the upside potential for AKI's share price.

Currently 42 cents making CFE's holding worth $50 million but let's be serious, what price will it be in 6 months, 1 year, 18 months then getting close to production. It's going to be worth a hell of a lot more than 42 cents.

All adding value to CFE's balance sheet and then there's royalties once in production offering a future income stream. If your thinking reasonably long term this is a good deal in my opinion.
