Istari - good point, well made. The ASX SP of PRR will not be a slave to Nasdaq SP although, as you mention, the arbitrage opportunity of taking advantage of different prices for traders should keep them on par, generally speaking.

One or other may lead, in either direction, although, my expectation is that the Nasdaq will tend to lead because, apart from that market being 28 times bigger, every share they trade will represent 30 (or so, depending on the final ratio) shares on the ASX.

Certainly looking forward to the listing and what happens afterwards.

A bit of enthusiasm on Nasdaq for Dendreon's little sister is not 'pie in the sky' optimism to me and, if it transpires, should see a positive influence on the ASX, because I guess profit-taking on the ASX would need to be quite profound to register as relative movement on Nasdaq.

Anyway, x sleeps until we find out.
