Hello. The primary asset is Rosewood. Claypan and Nardoo appear not particularly relevant. They appear to be merely scout holes. I guess the ground or earth at Claypan and Nardoo is more rocky; less sandy; higher in iron.
The high iron below demonstrates the problem of announcing titanium alone (as EQN did yesterday) or HM alone.
