Decrease, I have taken the turn around in reply to emails as a very good indication (one metric) with a speccie if they are worth while investing in.
Another point is the way they treat you when you ring them up.
Besides all that PEN is on the move, and permit in place will soon be producing yellow cake in a pro uranium state.
In the end I will have enough money to finish my boat and buy some more land (forest) to lock up from developers. :-)
