Possible reasons buyback stopped:
1. HCW is in post balance date black our period
2. they ran out of cash
3. a deal is about to be done and, as insiders, they can no longer buy
I reckon most likely black-out period given timing of cessation, they aren't at gearing cap, and they are unlikely to agree to any new rent deal as they just don't need to be the one that caves in, yet. That deal is a deal with an administrator in my view which is some way off, if at all.
