For something important as this, it's better to trigger Trading Halt for the following:
- Prevent any insider trading
- Provide a flag to let everyone know something important is coming
- To let new potential investors have time to go through announcements
- To create a sense of FOMO once the TH has ended.
- Time to prepare and review the announcement to ensure all information has go through quality checks.
