Couldnt it be that vaccinia infects cells - at some level,(and they see this from the tracking Hnis) but has limited efficacy or killing power of the cancer cells.
If so oncarlytics could prove to be very viable - since vaccinia will infect and paint the target of cd19 while the Car-T does the killing.
