My guess it's positive news and a TH for wet commissioning complete and have started to make some awesome samples (an outcome of putting actual product through the system to do final testing -I don't think it would be just water lol) - would be market sensitive ie: can move the price up as hard as the last time (tripled? so this time double??) to push 3c
Might get another TH for the next step / announcement of product samples completed and sent to interested parties
