stan weinstein's investment strategies

Hi All,

Has anyone read this book by Sam Weinstein Secrets For Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets? I've speed read it and summarised the book here:

The investment strategies in the book seem to make a lot of sense like when not to buy stock or when to sell stock succesfully. It also describes what he thinks as the FOUR stages of how a stock rise and fall.

Just wondering has anyone actually used Weinstein's rules and found it successful or not.
