I would be extremely surprised if they have only two board meeting per year, although they have done nothing in a very long time. I would expect monthly meetings just so that everyone is updated. The Annual Report should outline how many board meeting and how many each director attended. The meetings would probably be pretty short and informal at this stage, and possibly over the phone.
