Yes, his "preliminary view" does not constitute a decision. So yes, I agree he has done nothing. The question is why? The Federal court judgement was handed down 2 years ago, still no decision. The NOPTA recommendations to approve PEP11 were sent to the JA 15 months ago, still no decision. Does Ed look like the type of guy that will make a decision?
The next Federal election will be called very very soon, IMO he will not announce a decision before the election. Do you remember that time Madeleine King told Zali Steggall it won't take 18 months because that wouldn't be fair on anyone? That was nearly two years ago. It only took Scomo 8 months to make his fake decision.
It's time to get PEP11 "back on track" with Susan McDonald.
