the genius of the sales pool...dilution means very little. Utterly useless management walk away with a lump sum of the sales total, regardless if there are 20 billion shares on issue each worth 0.01c.
This needs to go. Perhaps then we will see management deliver more in line with shareholder interests. Right now they act as if they are not shareholders, which is effectively true.
