It is flat trend when it barely follows the other 3 banks and does nothing like their increases and then retraces. That is not an uptrend in any estimation. it has gone nowhere near record highs like all the others.
Will it ever get back to $39.62 AUD?
WBC SP appears to still be in difficulties at these levels and struggles to break $34, now in the mid $32s.
