After rereading the announcement again a couple of times I was red flagged by the following, be interested to read other's thought's.......
Why is the newly appointed CFO heading this announcement on behalf of the board and not Kevin, given Kevin is CEO up to April 1?
How is Kevin going to focus on FURTHER operational improvements in production and recovery rates at MC & Saloro when he will in all probability still need to travel to Spain and will be working at reduced working hours?
Why did Kevin not comment on his transitioning? If in fact personal reasons are legitimate then would it not be prudent to make a statement and avoid, or at the very least, minimise any unnecessary speculation?
Constantly flogging the largest Tungsten concentrate producer in the Western World is becoming old hat and meaningless when they are not profitable, are accumulating further debt and keep having to raise capital which ultimately is at shareholders expense.
Shirley Strawn belted out a tune that is applicable to EQR atm, hopefully this culture changes.
