My interpretation is that someone has been buying up big at around the $12 price since late October, which is creating the floor in the share price. Then yesterday they stopped buying, which pulled the rug on the share price. And today they are back into it. Maybe they wanted to see what would happen, or spook other potential sellers into selling at $12 before it gets any lower.
