Buy on the ASX I would have thought. It's the same company.
The NASDAQ listing is to allow direct purchase of shares in Prima for US residents, something they are unable to do now, excpet for larger institutional ones at least afaik.
There may be an army of US mum and dad investors keen to the into the "next Dendreon" on the ground floor.
