LPI is a great example of being a quality company with a quality headline project which global powerhouses wanted to buy. I am aware on three offers between 2017 and 2023, the first two offers much higher than the last but the last offer made and accepted in a crumbling lithium market - great money still made by the majority of holders. That won't happen with AGY because it is an awful company with an awful headline project. Full stop. I don't know why you compare LPI to AGY. AGY always was and always will be a dog that no one will finance or offer to take over.
