Their timelines initially when they stated their dose expansion timelines was far too optimistic. Their February update based off bel potter on cu67 seems much more realistic. Hopefully they'll also compile a summary of their cohort 4 results in the update
their amplify trial when it begins will hopefully recruit significantly faster with multiple sites and smaller population required for the trial.
when I spoke with Alan last, he has stated that he believes the amplify trial should recruit and complete this year. We'll see if that eventuates. I wonder when they can apply for an NDA post P3 trial? Do they need to wait for Topline results first, which is 6months to a year and then 10-12 months for approval before we see revenue.
