If stx has had such issues with Hancock it makes no sense these other parties are going to want to pay up big dollar for 50% of WE considering they all did have their chance to bid on100% of MIN's resources but were all probably too tight to offer that $2 GJ that only Hancock was willing to pay up in cash.
There's no way Hancock will pay $2 GJ for Ocean Hill's 300Bcf 2C with no commercial well but will for WE and SE 2P/2C hence where that 550-600mill cash figure for WE comes from.
