I read about debt here all the time, yet I hardly read about it all in the FT, WSJ and Barrons. They don't seem that bothered by it.
The general opinion in the US is that QE is working rather well and the economy will grow at small, but sustainable rate.
The Fed doesn't seem all that concerned either, probably means a lower standard of living for USA for the forseeable future, but I wouldn't say it going to mean the end of the US dollar.
Despite what you guys say, the USD is still the ultimate backstop when it come to safety, and I keep some of my assets in USD.
