The Oz article refers to the selling of some of the onshore assets.Taking it at face value most probably WE is about to be sold to Gina.I’ve always considered that move to be a mistake and most probably Stu does as well.On the other hand there could be a takeover brewing.
His resignation would be necessary if he did not agree with a board recommendation on price and/or if GINA were to make an offer and Stu was about to join her at Hancock.
whatever happens I hope it happens fast.And the only person that could cause us to get a fair price is Twiggy entering into the equation.
