Interesting to note that Colin is also the top holder of BCNOD - with over 80million BCNOD directly in his name. IF (when?) he exercises these options, it would give him an extra 14% to his current holding.
ADD any extra shares that he may be buying NOW (not sure why he doesn't fill in dates/details of transactions like everyone else?) - he certainly has been buying up big!
In the last annual report/SEP 2024 Colin had 320M shares + 1:8 entitlement = 360M but was reported as 469M so extra 100M purchased on market at some point before 6/11/24
meanwhile Graham McGarry the previous top holder had 328M + 150M = 478M.
on 10/12/24 Colin announced almost an extra 50M shares purchased in the last month- taking him up to 517M or 12.5% voting power (now biggest holder!) Again, no details of specific dates or prices paid
TODAY's notice shows Colin now owns 570M shares- so another 60 million purchased in the last month! (and only 93M total traded in that time so Colin must have purchased nearly 2/3 of ALL shares traded!)

Since there is no indication that he has stopped buying- anyone selling now is likely just selling cheap to the resident shark who is trying to buy as much as possible before the price goes above the 3c strike price of BCNOD.
