the reason I post here again, not downraming as I did think SP will hang over 7c range for a while months ago. I just worry Jam bought @too high then lost too much, looks like I need one more post for you.
1 I raised same number of cattle as AHF’s in 2023, 1150cattle, not a very profitable business indeed, outsourced management will further reduces the profitability, you know AHF’s board not raising cattle themselves like me. ( not a profitable sector of ASX)
2 I had shared my experiences @ AHF thread before: I met Mengniu’s director in Beijing in 2014 when I promoted 3 planned dairy factory projects in NSW. I was told they were only interested about special resource like the Australian A2 milk. I didn’t follow up until A2 milk listed then SP soared crazy when I realized I missed one of the best investment opportunities in my life. So does BUB. ( A2 milk’s success actually has nil relation with the sales people at that time)
3 the only way by which AHF’s MC can grow as high as BUB’s $95m , 1 bagger from here, is AHF’s infant formula will become as popular as BUB brand. I think its impossible, except the above No2 reason, AHF’s products cost too high and pried too high, it also doesn’t have substantial tech/medical research basements, needs to burn huge amount of marketing fees to promote to the customers ( small brand , not recognized by the market yet , cost high risk high)
4 I remember you and me both held AHF shares @ the bottom low of 1.1c? It’s already 7 baggers soaring from the bottom, you know except the management changed , nothing substantial improvements have been done or been confirmed ( many AHF will take profits, resistance pressure go much higher above 8c)
