Let's hope a clear case against the JA's decision is able to be claimed, and quickly processed through the courts.
A new issue for Asset to deal with is an application for Suspension & Extension / +/- Variation to NOPTA within the next two months (or whatever timeframe prior to end of title year is required by legislation), and a clear justification for that application. Thinking the govt is just continuing to squeeze Asset and just bog them down in the bureaucracy... Probably nothing new for many of the audience here.
