Go through the registry, contact holders by mail or phone asking to see if they will support the motions. A lot to consider. Is a better approach to get resolutions put into motion for the next agm to vote for. Please understand, DM controls the proxies. You can't keep your fingers crossed and hope we get the votes. We need holders to commit and that means contacting 4000 holders. We need 1.2Billion shares to vote in our favour. Which option is better? I want to kick his ass badly. But how?
