    Sheesh !just bpayed $10k to bring avrge down and found your post !
    A correction though as the offer doc indicated Greg Hall with 1.3 odd million shares.
    But yes you are right the low level of ownership by dircetors is concerning.
    I would like to know who the top 10 or 20 share holders are also but cant find it on the Triton web Site.
    Any suggetsions how to 'discover" this.
