No I think they are just saying the price the shares are trading at (multiplied by the # of shares on issue) values the company at less than it's true value when you consider the market cap vs the sum of the asset values the company owns. I don't think they are saying it's undervalued by an amount equal to the share price on that day. I doubt they would nominate an actual figure without quoting an independent valuation otherwise it would be a very loose announcement. If they were to nominate a figure per share they thought it was undervalued by i also think they would just write the amount per share and not link it to what the share price was on a specific day because that would be a convoluted way to convey information.
