    I think you are confused.
    Advent/Asset will be lodging a case in the Federal Court, on behalf of SH, but I have no personal involvement.
    Once that case is decided, any Australian citizen can lodge a complaint with the NACC. It would then be up the NACC to decide if the NACC takes further action.

    Wear your investment mistakes and compounding losses 3X, and learn from why they happened and move on in long term wealth building !!!
