Consolidaion is trendy with REIT's, I'm not looking too far into it. Does make NTA at over $10/ share look attractive though as we expect it to open around $1.50
Market cap of $12m at $1.50, I think we've been held back by Aquapeel consistently selling, with the main 2 buyers Orbis and the Galileo funds managament proving to be very patient.
GJT have so many options to return value to shareholders, I just wish they would choose one of them.
