cam holders elect the directors - not the campa holders
logically cam holders want all paid out as divs ASAP & then their is zilch extra for retained earnings which effectively 100% goes to campa, with cam holders getting nothing.
cam holders would have been better off if david tweeds offer of wind up at nta had got up in the past. & campa holders would never have experienced their present debacle.
