Let me get this right ...

According to IS,

B own N therefore DMR should award PMR to B via BTC not BRC under MPRDA s.104, and

RP own E therefore DMR should award PMR to RP via RP/G/NKP and not BTC or BRC under MPRDA s.104.

Therefore,

NKP to JV on E & G with X or AP/ARM and

B to sit on N surrounded by NKP to the North, East & West, and EastPlats to the South,

It seems like that if B dont pull out their proverbial F and dump IS and enter into negotiations with RP/G/NKP they will be sitting on N for the next 200 years whilst RP make $$$ via mining development of E by NKP and JVP.
