Well, the contract with C14 does appear that BIT has run out of "spin".
Holders are now wary of attaching much fact to any announcements - which explain the cone of silence involving the BOD at the moment.
Just like Max Smart and the chief, silence only brings about Chaos it would appear.
Not sure that class action would achieve much for shareholders - BIT has no cash and its assets appear unwanted. Maybe zero return for long suffering shareholders.
