In my view this is good news and we are being smashed so the market makers can get more. PYC is worth a crap load more than we are the moment. Unfortunately us long termers need to wait for the "smart money" to get their positions filled for the future.
It's pretty obvious to me that we will need more cash to move forward soon. Those that can want the share price at a point where they can increase their positions and maximise future gains.
