    cheers kenji..... its a ripper of a quarterly.

    salaries here are a different scale to the US. imo Hank has wants to keep a "happy workplace" where the pay isn't just competitive but more so, ensures staff are Happy with their pay.

    I noticed this last report and thought about it. 'why would Hank be paying so highly'?

    personally I'm not so concerned about the pay rates, its keeping a productive workplace and keeping employees engaged in productivity. I'd love to be audience to his communications with the staff. they're carefully selected, highly experienced and so, poachable. how he's motivating the staff to not only do their best work but to remain engaged in production, rather than merely turning up to work, that may be the secret of Hanks planned success.

    todays numbers have happily readjusted to this report. a good rise with less sellers and a small increase in buyers at this time.

    great result all round imo.
