I think if you were a fly on the wall you'd see them all talking about the company as their own. I don't for one second think Hank feels like he works for SH but the whole team work as if they own it. Some may see this as a negative, however in my experience I went from running my company to owning it. I knew it inside out and then when the opportunity came, i took it, never looked back. But I ran it like I owned it, so it ran well and the previous owner was happy. I see Hank and his team the same. They run it like it's theirs and soon enough a new owner is likely going to come along, and then everyone will benefit. IMO.
