Yes, selling has been incentivised by the raise given new investors could sell the 0.6c shares and still have the options with piggy backs for free... I wish they had articulated the benefits of buying the land better, as it was hefty dilution and has really killed momentum. I'm not convinced it was a necessary purchase, but happy to be educated.
Sustainability of our growth is key IMO, and really comes back to the quality of our products and building of repeat / loyal customers. E-Commerce can be tricky on that front with the high marketing costs, 'new product' appeal, and losing sight of core customers who will support the business long term.
Maiden dividend will be a day for celebration! Don't see it coming anytime soon, as growth needs will be many and varied, particularly as we're focussing on multiple markets overseas.
The leadership changes are biggest challenge over this next quarter and beyond. I really hope we can come through this with a focus on excellence in product, customer, marketing, operations, etc. If we can get this right, and governance improved to becoming shareholder friendly, long long runway.
