Option 2 was what I thought immediately after PFS. Not least because I was fresh from a two (and more) year battle to fund Rex Minerals (RXM) Hillside. Which we lost and resulted in take over for a sub-optimal price. In retrospect taking a bigger bite than could be chewed. Likely the same here so 19.5% of a monster is somewhat digestible.

This outlook may well be provoked by the weak SP.
